    Fully equipped hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.

    The room we had included climate control, a private safe and flat-screen TV. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout 5 days of our stay.

    All of the staff was caring and highly courteous. I thoroughly enjoyed this hotel because the location was absolutely perfect just next door to all restaurants as well as Westlands. Cafe Cakeville Kenya located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

    Charming staff, but needs upkeep

    The staff were notably friendly, even when my luggage took longer to arrive. I appreciated the generous breakfast spread that set each day on a delicious note.

    The hotel does show signs of wear. My room had issues with the air conditioning and bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired. Noise from outside.

    Simply no complaints whatsoever, excellent stay. Fully equipped, spotless hotel, every detail here was really good. Plentiful and excellent breakfast with good choice of options to choose from. Neat & new-fashioned rooms with nice forest view.

    Spacious room with excellent amenities including tea/coffee facilities and a safe. Excellent welcome pack for extended stays provided, a thoughtful touch.

    Soundproofing leaves much to be desired. Street noise is quite noticeable and there are gaps in the windows. Difficulty with reception handling requests-my laundry wasn't delivered on time and I had issues with lights that couldn't be turned off. Breakfast variety was decent but nothing to rave about, and the dining experience had its share of miscommunications.

    For anyone thinking about this

    The spacious superior room was tastefully furnished and quiet. The staff was wonderfully friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety. The spa is definitely a highlight, with rejuvenating treatments. A little hiccup with the AC but the overall experience made it worthwhile. Perfect for both solo travelers and couples alike!

    The location at Parklands offered a peaceful retreat while still being close to the conference venue at Movenpick. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. I really appreciated the large bathroom with good quality toiletries. Breakfast started early and had a fresh variety, including made-to-order omelets, which I looked forward to every morning. The restaurant served Indian dishes for dinner, and though they were flavorful, I was surprised by the chapati size-it was much smaller than typical. A big downside was the poor quality of breakfast offerings. The shower had issues with a noisy ceiling fan and appeared in need of refurbishment. Despite these inconveniences, I found most of the staff genuinely helpful, especially at the restaurant and room service were good.

    Perfect for a quiet getaway

    The food at the Chinese restaurant was just excellent. I had the pad thai that blew my mind, and the sushi was fresh and delicious! I couldn't get enough of the pool which was an oasis after a long day.

    It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but honestly, the experience was worth it.
